URA’s 360-hectare master plan positions Jurong Lake District as the largest commercial and mixed-use hub outside the city centre.
The precinct is planned for a new generation of offices, hotels, retail and waterfront public spaces around Jurong Lake, anchored by the existing Jurong East town centre and future high-speed rail terminus site.
